Clinical Supervision in Exeter

Regular supervision is a requirement for Counsellors and Psychotherapists.

I see Supervision as a collaborative relationship between two professionals. Input from another Counsellor or Psychotherapist who may provide an alternative perspective, can give valuable insight into your work with clients. I hope to offer this in a respectful manner, supporting and encouraging your growth and confidence as a Counsellor.

Regular Supervision is important to maintain a professional and ethical practice. Hopefully you will find me an approachable and supportive Supervisor who can offer guidance and gentle challenging when appropriate. I'd like to think you would find our Supervisory sessions a space to share your successes as well as your fears and difficulties. Supervision gives you the opportunity to reflect on your feelings and thoughts when working with a client.

I work in an Integrative way and have training and experience in several different models, including Hawkins and Shohet’s 7 eyed model.

I work with both qualified and trainee Counsellors and also provide support to anyone working in a caring or supporting role with clients in different health or care settings.

I hold a Certificate in Counselling Supervision accredited by CPCAB.

I am also an approved Senior Accredited Supervisor by National Counselling Society and am also on the approved list of local Counselling training colleges.

FEES

I charge £75 for 1.5 hours or £50 for 1 hour.

If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours the full fee will be charged.
